WHO IS HE: Showbiz veteran Sal Richards was called “one of the funniest guys in show biz” by the N.Y. Daily News. The Brooklyn native also was voted as the “Entertainment Industry’s Funniest Comic” by the New York Friars Club. Richards has been a mainstay in both Las Vegas and Atlantic City for years and also has appeared in several movies including “Out for Justice” and “Rounders.” His television credits include “The Sopranos,” “Law & Order: CI” and “Bachelor Life.”

The truth be told, I first told you guys about this terrific breakfast/lunch deli-diner which is open 365 days a year (6:30am-3pm) way-back on November 29, 2006 and hadn’t been back since- that is until yesterday, when Jeff Eats and Mrs. Jeff Eats did lunch there! For you guys who maybe wondering why such a long hiatus- Jeff Eats is kinda thinking, Jeff Eats’ Boca lair is more than just a hop, skip and a jump- from Tower Deli & Diner’s Davie address!

Anyway, real simple tale to tell you guys, the Tower Deli & Diner serves-up absolutely delicious reasonably priced food. Big, big, big mistake on Jeff Eats’ part- to have “forgotten” about this “mom & pop” deli-diner joint!

Grammy Award winning singer/songwriter, Peter Cetera will be performing at The Pompano Beach Amphitheater (The Amp) on Saturday, October 29th. The iconic singer has had two distinct musical careers. From 1968 thru 1986, Peter was the singer, songwriter, and bass player for the legendary rock group “Chicago,” which was recently inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

In his time with the group, they recorded 18 of the most memorable albums of a generation, including such hits as “If You Leave Me Now,” “Hard to Say I ’m Sorry,” “Baby What a Big Surprise,” “You’re the Inspiration,” “Stay the Night,” “ Feeling Stronger Every Day” and “Along Comes a Woman.”
