Just between us, I love grilled/broiled hot dogs- I’m not a fan of steamed hot dogs (Costco’s hot dogs and buns are steamed)…

Got a real good seafood market-Peruvian restaurant combo joint for you guys to checkout- Mr Fish Peruvian Kitchen & Market in Margate.
Simple concept at work here- small retail fresh seafood market, handful of tables/counter seating restaurant serving reasonably priced delicious Peruvian food.
Just so you guys know- both Jeff Eats and Mrs. Jeff Eats barely passed high school and college Spanish- with that in mind, although our pronunciation of the Mr Fish dishes we ate last night with Daughter Jeff Eats and Son Jeff Eats may suck- we do know when something tastes absolutely delicious! For the curious among you, like their parents- Daughter Jeff Eats and Son Jeff Eats are also Spanish “challenged” with both of them- having required heavy duty private personal-tutoring in both high school and college Spanish!
Let me wrap Mr Fish Peruvian Kitchen & Market up for you guys by saying, Jeff Eats, Mrs. Jeff Eats, Daughter Jeff Eats and Son Jeff Eats all loved the joint. Super pleasant wait-staff, big portions, reasonable prices, dynamite food, cool “decor”- make this joint an absolute must try-winner!

Real easy concept at work here- Del Sol Bakery is an open space “working” bakery- where you see the stuff being made. There are no display cases, there are no tables to sit at- for eating/ drinking coffee/ schmoozing, real nice selection of artisan breads/ pastries/ scones/ cookies/ cakes…
The other day Jeff Eats and Mrs. Jeff Eats picked-up a good handful of items and I gotta tell you, absolute dynamite!
Let me wrap-up Sol Del Bakery by telling you guys that this joint’s stuff is off the chart delicious! Being born and bred Brooklynites circa 50s-60s Jeff Eats and Mrs. Jeff Eats kinda think we know what good bakeries are all about- and I am telling you guys that although Del Sol’s physical layout isn’t like the Ebinger’s (and other top notch bakeries of that era) that our mothers and we shopped in- Del Sol Bakery would definitely have been able to play in the same league!

Chris Kattan: Chris Kattan is best known as one of the longest serving cast members on NBC’s ‘Saturday Night Live.’ In the 8 years Chris starred in the landmark late night program, he became best known for his characters ‘Mango,’ ‘Mr Peepers,’ and one of the ‘Butabi Brothers’ in the ‘Night at the Roxbury’ sketch alongside Will Ferrell. Chris starred with Ferrell in a 1998 movie adaption of the sketch.
Since his time at SNL, Chris has worked as the series regular ‘Bob’ on ABC’s ever-popular ‘The Middle’ as well as had memorable appearances in the recent hit features ‘Hotel Transylvania’ and ‘The Ridiculous 6.’
Chris trained at Los Angeles’ The Groundlings Theater is one of its most famous alumni. He currently tours the country with his extremely popular stand-up act.
