Real simple tale to tell- handful of tables, full boat menu of reasonably priced off the chart delicious pizzas/ pastas/ hot & cold subs/ salads/ entrees/ other stuff, open Monday-Saturday 11am-10pm/Sunday 4pm-10pm.

Last night Jeff Eats and Mrs. Jeff Eats “discovered” Little Italian Pizza and I gotta tell you guys- the joint’s food absolutely killed!

Let me wrap this tale up by saying- that I know my “mom & pop” red sauce Italian joints and I’m telling you guys that Little Italian Pizza is an absolute must try! And- if you can keep a secret, the joint’s New York Style Pizza with its thin crisp crust, sweet sauce and nice oil drip- alone is worth the price of admission!

Yesterday, Jeff Eats and Mrs. Jeff Eats were up in Daytona Beach and around 2:25pm- we were craving- some pizza and some guy named Alphonse or maybe it was Mohammed (sorry, I don’t really recall) working behind the counter in a Chevron Gas Station Mini-Mart recommended that we try Pete’s Pizza a hole in the wall “mom & pop” red sauce Italian joint where you order at the counter/pickup at the counter, handful of tables, pizzas/ calzones/salads/ wings/ pastas/ hot & cold subs/ entrees menu, open Monday-Saturday 11am-11pm/Sunday 1pm-10pm, menu/prices at petespizzadaytona.com.

Let Jeff Eats wrap Pete’s Pizza up for you guys by saying, Alphonse’s call (or maybe it was Mohammed’s call) was right on the money- with the New York Style Pizza (thin/crisp/sweet sauce/nice oil drip) and the Philly cheesesteak we threw in for good measure both being off the chart delicious!

For you guys who like a drop more “flesh”- on your Jeff Eats’ tales, sorry- no can do, just dynamite- pepperoni cheese pizza and Philly cheesesteak- before the drive home to Boca!

Last night Jeff Eats and Mrs. Jeff Eats “discovered” Jackson’s Prime and I gotta tell you guys that the joint’s food was off the chart delicious and its unaffected professional waitstaff knew exactly what to do- on the price-front, not bad-at all!

At this stage of this tale let me say that- Jackson’s Prime is an absolute winner- as far as Jeff Eats is concerned, it’s definitely right up there with Florida’s best steakhouses!

Let me wrap up Jackson’s Prime by telling you guys that you won’t need a second job to pay your bill, that you don’t have to get all dolled up to eat there, that it has a full liquor bar- happy hour drink and food specials, that it’s open Monday- 5pm-11pm/Saturday 5pm-midnight/Sunday 5pm-10pm and that it’s an absolute must try!

Jeff Eats is gonna make this tale real short and sweet…Clary’s Corner Cafe in Lake Worth is right up there with the best “mom & pop” breakfast/lunch joints that I’ve eaten in here in Florida and elsewhere!

This joint was so good, that Jeff Eats and Mrs. Jeff Eats ate breakfast there on Tuesday (1/17/17) and returned on Wednesday (1/18/17) for lunch!

Clary’s Corner Cafe is located in a residential hi-rise (Lake Worth Towers), you’ll find Clary’s by walking through a red-door at the building’s address- it’s cash only- counter/table/booth seating- and the joint makes some of the most reasonably priced delicious breakfast/lunch stuff that you’ve ever eaten! In addition to its “everyday” menu- Clary’s runs daily breakfast and lunch specials! The joint is closed Sunday & Monday and is open Tuesday-Friday 8am-2pm and Saturday 8am-1pm.

Like Jeff Eats said about 6 seconds ago, Clary’s Corner Cafe is right up there with the best “mom & pop” breakfast/lunch joints that I’ve eaten in here in Florida and elsewhere!
