Essence of Motown features Larry Johnson, Michael White and Greg Woods.

A true Motown artist from Detroit, Larry Johnson is international recording artist, with extensive touring worldwide. Larry has sung lead vocals on tour with 4 different former lead singers of The Temptations, and one former lead singer of The Four Tops. Larry has also toured the United Kingdom with the former lead singer of The Drifters and his Drifters group. Most notably touring as one of the lead singers with 3X Grammy Award Winner, the late Richard Street, former lead singer of The Temptations (1971-1992), and his Temptation’s group.

Bronx NY native Michael White has extensive experience as a recording artist and performer over the years. Michael has toured the U.S. as lead vocals with Grammy Award winner Barrington “Bo” Henderson’s Temptations Revue, and Theo People’s Temptations/Four Tops Revue.

Greg Woods hails from Springfield, Mass., and is a very versatile performer. Greg had shared the stage with former lead singers of The Temptations member Barrington “Bo” Henderson, was the opening act for former Temptations lead singer Glenn Leonard’s Temptations Revue and performed with former lead singer of The Temptations and The Four

Got a real good Italian Ice/Soft Serve Ice Cream/Gelati joint for you guys to checkout, Jeremiah’s Italian Ice in Boca Raton.

Real simple tale to tell, Jeremiah’s is a fast growing Italian Ice franchise (since 2019) which currently has stores spread-out over Florida. Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas. Three weeks ago, Jeff Eats and Mrs. Jeff “discovered” Jeremiah’s Boca Raton joint and have been back 5 times since that initial outing. Order/pickup at inside counter/outside walk-up windows, handful of inside/outside tables, reasonably priced- 40 rotating and seasonal Italian Ice flavors/ vanilla-chocolate soft serve/ loads of toppings menu.

Now, just between you and me, I kinda think that I know my Italian Ices and Soft Serve Ice Cream and I’m telling you guys that Jeremiah’s Italian Ice is turning out absolutely delicious stuff!

Like I said a few seconds ago, Jeff Eats and Mrs. Jeff Eats have been to Jeremiah’s 6 times (between 7:30-9:30pm) and each and every time- there were lines both inside and outside with people waiting to order. In addition, every table inside/ outside was taken. Of interest, all ages were there.

Not sure as to how it all plays out franchise wise, but for right now, the Jeremiah’s (which opened in Boca Raton on June 28th, 2021)) looks like a home-run business!

A couple of months ago I came across Jonny Pops Frozen Fruit & Cream Bars while “walking” around a Publix in Delray Beach.

Suffice it to say, Jonny Pops hooked me! So far, I’ve tried 7 of its 11 (5 fruit, 3 cream and 3 dipped) flavors – and they were all delicious!

Got an absolutely dynamite coal fired pizza joint for you guys to checkout, Ah-Beetz New Haven Pizza in Delray Beach.

Real simple tale to tell, last week Jeff Eats and Mrs. Jeff Eats “discovered” (1 eat-in/ 1- takeout) Ah-Beetz New Haven Pizza (which opened something like 3 months ago) and its food totally- blew us away! The no-frills joint has 2- tables (for 4) inside and a handful of tables outside. Reasonably priced pizzas/ calzones/ salads/ wings menu.

Now, you guys know, or should know by know- that this food reviewing “gig” is purely a subjective call…what I like, you may hate and vice versa!

With that in mind, I gotta tell you that the coal oven-pizzas/ calzone/ chicken wings, salads that we ordered- rank right-up there with the best that we’ve eaten here in Florida!

Trust Jeff Eats when I tell you, Ah-Beetz New Haven Pizza is an absolute must try joint!

Got an absolutely amazing donut-joint for you…Jupiter Donut Factory in Jupiter.

I guarantee- that after eating this joint’s- glazed, bacon maple walnut, sour dough, chocolate glazed donuts you’ll want to enroll in Jupiter’s Police Academy. Being a drop too old to start a new career, Jeff Eats in homage to Jupiter Donut Factory- will henceforth be known as Jeff Eats Andy Sipowitz or JEAS, for short!

No fooling around, Jupiter Donut Factory makes some of the most delicious donuts that I have ever eaten. For sure, this “mom & pop” joint-has bagels, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, smoothies but the game here is DONUTS.

Not to editorialize or nothing, but…once you have had Jupiter’s donuts, you’ll have a very serious problem eating the stuff that Dunkin Donuts and Krispy Kreme serve-up.

Jupiter Donut Factory is open 7 days a week 6am-2pm.

Got a real good Italian joint for you guys to checkout, D & LP Subs in Jacksonville Beach.

Jeff Eats and Mrs. Jeff Eats “discovered” D & LP about a month ago and I gotta tell you, its food was absolutely dynamite…

No frills joint, handful of tables/counter seating- reasonably priced menu loaded with pizzas/salads/pastas/subs/other stuff.

If you guys can keep a secret, I absolutely love joints like D & LP Subs- no drama, no designer decor, no fancy schmancy anything, just reasonably priced delicious food!
