A balding, white haired man about 78 years old, walked into Cartier in NYC this past Friday evening with a beautiful much younger woman about 49 years old at his side.

He told the salesman that he was looking for a very special ring for his girlfriend. The salesman looked through his stock and brought out a $7,000 ring.

The man said, ‘No, I’d like to see something much more special.’

At that statement, the salesman went into the vault and brought another ring over.

‘Here’s a stunning ring at only $64,000’ the salesman said.

The lady’s eyes sparkled and her whole body trembled with excitement.

The old man seeing this said, ‘We’ll take it.’

The salesman asked how payment would be made and the man stated, ‘by check. I know you need to make sure my check is good, so I’ll write it now and you can call the bank Monday to verify the funds and I’ll pick up the ring Monday afternoon.’

On Monday morning, the salesman angrily phoned the old man and said ‘There was only $25 in your account.’

‘I know, said the man,

‘But let me tell you about MY GREAT WEEKEND!’ .

A PLANE IS ON ITS WAY TO TORONTO , WHEN A BLONDE IN ECONOMY CLASS GETS UP AND MOVES TO THE FIRST CLASS SECTION AND SITS DOWN.

THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT WATCHES HER DO THIS AND ASKS TO SEE HER TICKET.

SHE THEN TELLS THE BLONDE THAT SHE PAID FOR ECONOMY CLASS AND THAT SHE WILL HAVE TO SIT IN THE BACK.

THE BLONDE REPLIES, “I’M BLONDE, I’M BEAUTIFUL, I’M GOING TO TORONTO AND I’M STAYING RIGHT HERE.”

THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT GOES INTO THE COCKPIT AND TELLS THE PILOT AND THE CO-PILOT THAT THERE IS A BLONDE BIMBO SITTING IN FIRST CLASS, THAT BELONGS IN ECONOMY AND WON’T MOVE BACK TO HER SEAT.

THE CO-PILOT GOES BACK TO THE BLONDE AND TRIES TO EXPLAIN THAT BECAUSE SHE ONLY PAID FOR ECONOMY SHE WILL HAVE TO LEAVE AND RETURN TO HER SEAT.

THE BLONDE REPLIES, “I’M BLONDE, I’M BEAUTIFUL, I’M GOING TO TORONTO AND I’M STAYING RIGHT HERE.”

THE CO-PILOT TELLS THE PILOT THAT HE PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE THE POLICE WAITING WHEN THEY LAND TO ARREST THIS BLONDE WOMAN WHO WON’T LISTEN TO REASON.

THE PILOT SAYS, “YOU SAY SHE IS A BLONDE? I’LL HANDLE THIS, I’M MARRIED TO A BLONDE. I SPEAK BLONDE.”

HE GOES BACK TO THE BLONDE AND WHISPERS IN HER EAR, AND SHE SAYS, “OH, I’M SORRY.” AND GETS UP AND GOES BACK TO HER SEAT IN ECONOMY.

THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT AND CO-PILOT ARE AMAZED AND ASKED HIM WHAT HE SAID TO MAKE HER MOVE WITHOUT ANY FUSS.

Got a real good “mom & pop” Italian joint for you guys to checkout, Paolo’s Of Boca in Boca Raton.

Real simple tale to tell, yesterday Jeff Eats and Mrs. Jeff Eats “discovered” Paolo’s Of Boca Raton and its food killed! Inside table seating/ 2 tables outside, no frills decor, reasonably priced appetizers/ pizzas/ pastas/ subs/ wraps/ rolls/ calzones/ salads/ entrees/ desserts menu, open Sunday/Tuesday-Thursday 11am-9pm/ Friday-Saturday 11am-10pm/ closed Monday.

Now! You guys know that this Jeff Eats’ food gig is purely a subjective call…what I like, you may hate and vice versa- with that in mind, I’m telling you that this joint’s food is delicious- and Paolo’s Of Boca Raton is an absolute must try!

Got a real good casual-“American” joint for you…I know that that this indoor-outdoor restaurant is called Conchy Joe’s Seafood, but this joint in addition to loads of seafood stuff has enough non-fish appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, chicken/meat entrees, so no-one is going to go hungry. Don’t believe me?… check Conchy’s website at www.conchyjoes.com for menu/prices…by the way, there are also loads of pictures at the site, which will give you some idea of what this joint is all about.

Just so we are straight…we are not talking gourmet seafood or gourmet anything else here…we are talking “SOUTH FLORIDA DINING EXPERIENCE”…tee shirts/shorts…honky-tonk indoor and outdoor deck dining (be smart and sit outside)…decent enough food…large portions… cold sodas and beers…very reasonable prices…easy-going pleasant staff.

Like I said before…Conchy Joe’s Seafood card is… decent food with great ambiance. Unless you are a real stuff shirt, there is no reason why you shouldn’t have a great time eating at this joint. Conchy is open 7 days a week 11:30am-10pm.
