***** Packy’s Family Sports Grill, 11379 West Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, Florida 33428.

Packy’s Family Sports Grill…is a sports bar, but you already knew that, didn’t you?. Take a look at its website www.packyssportsgrill.com for menu/prices/photos.

Let’s make this one simple, THIS IS A SPORTS BAR…tvs, decent food, booze—recent outing had me doing, bacon cheeseburger ($8.25), philly cheesesteak sub (8.95), chicken parm sub ($8.95), rack of ribs ($15.95) like I said before- decent—actually, its stuff is better than what most of its South Florida brethren are dishing out.

If you live or work in Packy’s neighborhood, I’d give this joint a shot.

Packy’s is open Sunday noon-10pm, Monday-Thursday 11:30am-11pm and Friday-Saturday 11:30am-midnight.

I went to Packys the day it opened. The only difference between now and then is prices have, naturally, gone up and the owners are older. The food is greasy and the blonde waitresses give blondes a bad name. It’s definely a local bar, if you like gossip, there’s plenty of it.

This is one of the best sports bars going. Food is excellent.

I thought the bar stunk, liteally and figuratively. The food was not appealing, and tasted worse than it looked. People were rude and the service need improvement. I would rather traval the few minutes outside of west boca and go someplace better, like Hooters, where there is at least something to look at

I grew up in west boca and have heard about packy’s but never went because it just did not look appealing from the outside. I was finally bribed into going and it definitely is not the place for younger people. We stayed for a couple of drinks which were ok. The bartenders pretty much catered to the locals who haven’t moved from their seat in years. Wowie’s here we come
