This one is a no brainer, Walmart.

Have to agree with you. Walmart overcharged me on more than one occasion. The staff was not very knowledgable.

Ever notice when you leave the Walmart store the person at the exit looks like some homeless person and could careless what you are leaving with!

Someone else here mentioned that Walmart pharmacy is accident prone and often overchasrges. I am now with Publix after Walmart overcharged $94 for a perscription and gave me a hard time getting my money back.
I enjoy shopping at Walmart because of selection of products and pricing. As far as customer service goes it is a dismal failure.
Walgreens and CVS need improvement. The rest of the list are top notch when it comes to customer service.

Never liked shopping at Walmart. Based on a new medical insurance I started using Walmart pharmacy at the Walmart at Linton and Military Trl in Delray Beach. I can’t begin to tell you how many times this pharmacy screwed up my medicines with overcharges and wrong dosages. After 6 months I moved my account to Publix and to date its service has been timely and professionally handled.

Walmart usually has some great prices. So I shop there!
As for customer service, the front of the house is a total disaster. God only knows how much is being stolen at the self checkout registers. And I love the guy or gal who checks your receipt at the exit door. My late grandpa who died in 1957 could do a better job.
Good prices but a very poor staff running things.
By the way over the years Ive had my issues with CVS and Walgreens help wise but nothing even close to my experiences with Walmart.

About a year ago my wife and I were shopping at Costco. Were on line to pay and all of a sudden all of its registers computers crashed. Literally within 10 seconds an announcement came iver the store that a line for cash only payments had been opened and that the outage was company wide. Within 5 minutes everything was back up and the lines were moved very quickly. While this was going on, I said to my wife that if this had happened in Walmart we would be waiting for hours for things to return to normal.
Thats the difference bewteen well paid skilled workers and poorly paid workers who are just bodies taking yp space,

A couple of years ago my wife and I signed on with a Humana PPO. Its doc and drug coverages are terrific.
With the coverage came a card which allows various items like cough medicine, and other over the counter items to be paid with funds on the card. Great benefit. Every time we try to use our cards at Walmart the staff at the pharmacy register tells us that they arent sure which items are covered and which ones arent. EVERY TIME! They also don’t know is Walmart has its own brand for things like Tylenol. The staff are totally clueless. My wife and I after using the cards the first few times started to question that if the staff didnt know the benefits just maybe the pharmasists were also incompetent. We now use Publix for our medicines and over the counter products.
Stay away from Walmart as their employees are not properly trained.
My family has lived in Delray Beach for over 42 years. We have shopped in all of the chains listed. For sure we have had a problem here and there, but nothing too terrible on hard goods. I will tell you that Walmart is the worse handling returns and I would highly recommend staying away from its pharmacies. The staff over the years at the Walmart in Delray on Military Trl and Linton has overcharged and incorrectly filled orders on several occasions.

Walmart is an absolute joke when it comes to customer service. In Delray Beach and surrounding area, the employees can barely speak English.
I dont know about the rest of the country but here in Florida I seriously doubt that English is the native language for mostbp of Walmart staff.

Whole Foods is an overpriced grocery store. walmart ha good prices but its staff is a collection of dishelved looking people.
