About a week or so ago, Jeff Eats and Mrs. Jeff Eats “discovered” The Fat Donkey Ice Cream & Fine Desserts in Cocoa Beach and I gotta tell you guys- that it’s one sick joint! Literally a 2-minute walk from the beach, this walk-up window ice cream “stand” with no inside seating- outside benches turns out some of the most delicious- homemade scooped ice cream, soft serve, water ices, sorbets and baked desserts that Jeff Eats and Mrs. Jeff Eats have eaten in Florida during the past 25 years!

Like I said a few seconds ago, The Fat Donkey is one sick joint! Trust Jeff Eats on this one, if you’re into delicious scooped ice cream/soft serve/water ices/sorbets/baked desserts- you’re absolutely-positively gonna love this joint!
