Real simple tale to tell, last night Jeff Eats, Mrs. Jeff Eats, Daughter Jeff Eats and Son Jeff Eats “discovered” Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar and the joint’s food, service, decor blew us away! For the record, Lazy Dog currently has 28 California/ 4 Colorado/ 1 Georgia/ 2 Illinois/ 2 Nevada/ 6 Texas/ 2 Virginia locations- with 5 month old- Boca Raton being its latest opening!
If you guys can keep a secret- I kinda think I know my sports bars/ gastropubs/ American-Style joints and I’m telling you that this 10,500 square foot facility- inside booth/table/hi-top seating, huge outdoor covered patio- table seating, tvs, full liquor bar, reasonably priced appetizers/ salads/ sandwiches/ burgers/ entrees/ desserts/ take-home frozen TV dinners/ Saturday- Sunday brunch menu is an absolute must try!

My husband and i ate there last night and the food and service were terrific.
Heads and shoulder above Duffy’s and other sports bars in the area.
Great recommendation.
Loved the food.
Definitely the best sports bar in Boca Raton.
Its food runs circles around Duffy’s and Miller’s.

My husband and I ate ther last night. It was our first time there. We arrived at 9:20PM. Despite loads of empty tables it took 15 minutes to seat us. It then took an additional 10 minutes for a waiter to show up to take our order. After our order was taken about 5 minutes later another waiter showed up and wanted to take our order. Total confusion. Our food ribs and burger and glazed bacon was decent enough, but definitely nothing special. At the end of the meal, we told the waiter we needed a to go container for the ribs. He appeared with a bag but no container,
This restaurant is great looking,, but its service needs to improve.
