***** Gabila’s Potato Knishes.

Got something off-the-chart good…Gabila’s Potato Knishes!

Now some of you guys will “appreciate” this tale and some of you guys won’t…

Yesterday, I picked-up a package of Gabila’s Potato Knishes (9 knishes-$7.99) at Costco Wholesale, 17800 Congress Ave, in Boca Raton and I gotta tell you guys- after 2 minutes of microwaving- these beauties had me believing that it was 1970 and I was back- eating at Grabstein’s Delicatessen & Restaurant in Carnaise!

Like I said 2 seconds ago- Some of you guys will “appreciate” this tale and some of you guys won’t!

If you’re into absolutely dynamite potato knishes- check gabilas.com for product info/retail locations.

    Jeff,
    I get you.
I remember those square knishes. Absolutely delicious,
Ive gotten them at Costco, Publix and Walmart. Costco is the best price.
After microwaving for 1 1/2 minutes I finish them for another minute under the broiler to add a crispiness to the shell.

I have been eating Gabila’s potato knishes for over 60 years. I love them.
If your readers have never had them, I urge them to buy them.

These are the best knishes. I’ve gotten packages at Costco and at $7.99 for 9 pieces they are a bargain.
Personally i like to bake mine in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes. Then under the broiler for another minute. DEICIOUS!

    Jeff,
Thanks or the heads up. Forgot about these knishes. It’s been a long time since Ive had one. This weekend I’m going to Costco and buy a few packages.
By the way, Grabstein’s was amazing. I went to South Shore HS, which is 5 minutes away.

  5. You da man!
Would love to eat them, but at 79 the sodium in them would kill me off!

I have not been able to buy them again in Arizona. I was able to get them at Costco in Scottsdale, but haven’t been able any more. Any help. Are they available anywhere else?

Cut em in half. Fry in butter till crispy brown then enjoy dipping in mustard. Also makes for great sandwich bread. Cut in half put on your favorite coldcuts and heat up. You can thank me later Enjoy 😁
