It’s a no-holds-barred battle of belly laughs as comedians Steve Solomon and Dick Capri square off at Coral Springs Center for the Arts. Both stand-ups have ascended to the highest level of live comedy during their extensive careers: the Broadway stage in New York. Solomon is a wise-cracker full of impressions whose solo show My Mother’s Italian, My Father’s Jewish & I’m in Therapy! has been a hit in the Big Apple and beyond. Dick Capri once appeared in a stand-up extravaganza called Catskills on Broadway and has worked with Tom Jones, Liza Minnelli, Frank Sinatra and other stars.

I’ve see both comedians. Funny clean.

Not exactly a battle more like a skirmish.

Both are funny but far from heavyweights

      Gary, I agree.

Saw Solomon at Woodfield Country Club last light. Funny guy.
The crowd let him get away with a ton of old jokes. But it worked.

Jeff, My wife and I also saw Solomon last Friday night at the Woodfield Country Club and we enjoyed the show. Like Gary W mentioned a lot of old jokes, but the crowd, us included enjoyed the evening.

We also saw Capri last year at another club and he was funny but his act is a bit tired.
