* Voices Of The Legends–January 18th–Tickets Still Available!

Back on December 12, 2013 Jeff Eats told you guys about a terrific “50s-70s” concert scheduled for Saturday, January 18, 2014 (8pm) at the Kings Point Theater in Delray Beach.

Just checked with the box-office and there are a handful of tickets still left for the show.

In a nutshell, the show is headlined by The Dubs who had the huge hit–“Could This Be Magic.” There are also three other acts on the bill…Johnny T., Mike Miller and Michael D’Amore. Just so you know, both Johnny and Mike are former members of The Mystics of “Hushabye” fame. T., Miller and D’Amore are well known tribute artists who perform all over the United States covering such great singers/acts as The Righteous Brothers, Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, The Skyliners, Paul Anka, Frank Sinatra and Dion & The Belmonts. Jeff Eats has seen all of the scheduled artists and I am telling you–this is going to be an absolutely dynamite show.

If you are a resident of Kings Point…tickets are 15 bucks…non residents, 18 bucks.

For tickets, call the box-office (561) 499-3335 ext. 225.

  1. Jeff,
I have seen Johnny T and he puts on a terrific show. The last time I saw him, he also had The Flamingos and Bobby Brooks Wilson with him. This Legends series here at Kings Point is fabulous.

      Carl L.:

Just had a chance to read your comments.

You are 100% correct, Johnny T. puts on a highly entertaining show. No question that Terry Johnson’s Flamingos are definitely one of the best “oldies” acts currently on the circuit. As for Bobby Brooks Wilson, he is a marvelous entertainer–and as you probably know Bobby claims to be the son of the legendary singer Jackie Wilson.

On the up-coming show, you got three great singers in Johnny T., Mike Miller and Michael D’Amore. These three guys alone are worth the price of admission. Throw in the world famous Dubs and you got the makings of a great show.

      Thanks for reading…

  2. Was at the last one at Kings Point. Johnny was terrific and Bobby Brooks was also great. A fun night. Great value.

My wife and I don’t live at Kings Point. We heard about this show and bought tickets last night at the boxoffice. Tickets were $18.
I would guess that there were close to 1,000 people in the audience.
The show opened with a nice 20 minute set by singer Mike Miller.
Next up was Michael D’Amore. Everything that Jeff Eats has said about Mike is more than true. This man is an amazing talent. He brought the house down with his set.
Next up Johnn T. who did a terrific set featuring Sinatra, Elvis, Anka and Dean Martin. Johnny has a great voice.
Headlining the show was The Dubs who did a fabulous set.

After the show there was a meet & greet in the lobby and D’Amore did 3 acappella numbers with local residents. FANTASTIC.

I highly recommend checking out the next show which will star The Flamingos.

    Grea night.
