Jerry’s Famous Deli is an absolutely gorgeous 1940’s retro looking kosher style deli located in South Beach…that has absolutely horrendous-overpriced food. This joint is strictly for the tourist crowd…and for late night clubbers too drunk to know any better.

Stay away.

Jeff-I agree with all your reviews on places I have been. I was down in South beach a little more than a year ago and I did take out from Jerrys. They were not bad, but way overrated. My grandparents used to love the old Rascal House and Wolfies in Miami Beach…

2 sandwich, 1 dr browns and a potato pancake was over $30.00. Way over priced and over rated. Best deli IMHO is Carnegie Deli in NY. Vegas version of Carnegie is not bad (but not NY)

    Jeff-

New deli opening on Boca in a few weeks called the Pastrami Queen. Original owner of the Pastrami Queen in Queens. Gary Zinger. He is making a great new place. NW corner of Palmetto Park Rd. & Powerline.

If you know Jerry’s in L.A. you know that it is a great deli. The South Beach place is owned by the same people. I used to work nearby and we were very happy the Jerry’s had come cross-country. We had one lunch there and never went back.Disgusting food at exorbitant prices. It seems to be supported by the sleazy after midnight SoBe crowd. In the middle of a hooker and drug intensive area.
