Simple tale to tell, yesterday afternoon I spotted the below pictured $6.99 1/2 gallon of Blue Bell Coffee Ice Cream at Publix Super Market, 5050 Champion Boulevard ,- (Polo Club Shoppes), Boca Raton, Florida 33496, (561) 994-8350 and decided to give it a shot.

Do you remember back in the 50s when Breyers was the big premium brand and its coffee 1/2 gallon at Waldbaum’s would run about 69 cents?

I’ve had this ice cream and it is very good. It usually cost $8.99 so I guess you caught it when it was on sale for $6.99. Publix rotates which ice creams are discounted.
