* TV Series Streaming Is Lousy!

Don’t know about you guys but I personally thinkqq that tv series ‘streaming” is lousy!

I was born in Brooklyn in 1949. Growing up in the 1950s-1960s we had channels CBS 2, NBC 4, WNEW 5, ABC 7, WPIX 11, WNET 13 period!

Today I got more tv streaming channels than I can count- and to be perfectly honest with you guys, how I got them and who’s paying for them is beyond me! Ask me which shows are on what channels and when they are on- I don’t have a clue!

Your thoughts on this subject will be much appreciated.

This is what GOOGLE AI SEARCH HAS TO SAY ON THE SUBJECT…

“Streaming is often described as “lousy” due to technical issues like slow internet or bandwidth limitations leading to buffering and poor video quality, as well as conte-related problems such as repetitive shows, diminishing quality of new content, viewing experience where missing episodes can disrupt storylines. Additionally, users experience frustration with high subscription costs and increasing advertising, leading to subscription fatigue and the perception that streaming has be\ than a convenience.”

Good selection of shows. Unfortunately there are too many streamers and it is literally impossible to keep track of what is on and when its on. Show are cancelled like crazy. When you add up the cost of these streamers, the whole deal isnt cheap and cable is cheaper.

For sure there are some great series on the streaming sites, but you have an enormous proble about when these shows start and when they are cancelled etc. Total confusion

Cable company’s forced you qto buy packages.
Streamers are so disjointed with their offerings , that you have to buy a number of them to see what you want to see. Very confusing system.

Cost wise when you compare cable to streamers the cost is probably the same.

Half the movies on nflx are dubbed.

Streamers are like the old blockbuster stores, a few big movies and the rest of the store was loaded with old crap and second rate movies.

And we all know what happened to blockbuster.

Some of the streaming series are really good. Love Tulsa King and Landsman. But all in all, most of the offerings are old tv reruns and b rated movies.

Streamers are just Blockbuster stores in another format.
