    Recently celebrated my 84th birthday. For years my diet has conatined all of the listed foods. For sure, I’ve eaten my fair share of hot dogs, burgers and french fries so I’ve enjoyed it all. In pretty good health. I will tell you, that over the years of reading Jeff Eats I have listened to the advice to drink Tangerine Juice and eat loads of watermelon etc.

    Thanks for all the terrific info you have offered up during the past 19 years.

    Surprised that PINEAPPLE wasn’t mentioned.

    Personally, I have a breakfast every day which includes fresh pineapple, fresh squeezed tangerine or orange juice and if I have them a couple of slices of cold pizza right out of the refrigerator.
