Poppies is a New York “kosher style” deli. Poppies plays” in the same South Florida market as Too-Jays, 3G’s Deli, Gourmet Deli (just to name a few)… not to mention every neighborhood bagel joint.

Poppies is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Poppies in addition to its sit-down business, does a tremendous amount of take-out and catering.

I am sure that you have a favorite South Florida– New York “kosher style” deli joint.

Trust me on this, Poppies is right up there with the best of them. Very good food…Very good prices…Terrific menu selection…Large/attractive looking joint with an excellent appetizing department.

    Good choice.
By the way Poppies brisket is delicious.

My family has been a customer for 23 years.

Poppies is definitely one of the best NY Kosher Style Delis in South Florida.

We have eaten many holidays there and have had its food numerous times at home.

    Enjoy the holiday!

    Jeff
My husband and I are recent transplants to Delray Beach from Bayside, NY.

Since arriving 7 months ago we have followed and tried a number of your favorite joints. Most, were right on the money.

Yesterday we did takeout from Poppies and the food was decent enough. Mind you, not great, but good.

The one problem we had was with the counterman we had. Nasty as could be and made doing business with Poppies an unenjoyable experience.

Rather than going into detail, let’s just leave it, that we won’t be running back there real soon.

Happy Holiday to you and Mrs. Jeff Eats.

By the way, your Chris Taverna recommendation was simply amazing.
