Premio Sweet Italian Sausage (Walmart Supercenter- Delray Beach)

Posted on February 24th, 2024 · American Delray Beach Fast Food Italian

***** Premio Sweet Italian Sausage.

I don’t know about you guys- but when I’m thinking- charcoal grilled Sweet Italian Sausages, the name Walmart doesn’t exactly pop into old Jeff Eats’ head!

Simple tale to tell…

Last night, I came across “packages” of Premio Sweet Italian Sausage ($4.98/5 links/19oz) in the frozen/refrigerated meat “department” of the Walmart Supercenter, 16205 South Military Trail, Delray Beach, Florida 33484, (561) 495-8127- took a shot and bought 2 packages!

Threw the sausages on my charcoal grill for something-like 20 minutes and I’m telling you, outrageously delicious!

Absolutely amazing what you can “discover” at Walmart, while checking-out the get-ups that some of its customers go shopping in!

You guys can check walmart.com for store locations/info.

Take it from this 65 year old Italian girl originally from Howard Beach now living in Delray Beach that Premio Foods sausages are awesome. Definitely one of the best brands that supermarkets etc carry.

  2. Premio Foods has a great selection of sausages and other products that are sold in America’s supermarkets and other retail outlets. Big fan of its food lineup.

I have been a customer for years and I would match its sausages up against the sausages sold at butcher shops and other specialty stores.

  3. Good recommendation.
I bought a package of sweet and a package of hot and grilled them on my gas grill earlier this evening. Both types were delicious. I served them in King’s Hawaiian hot dog buns some topped with caramelized onions and others with sautéed green peppers.

    Bought them at WALMART.

Yesterday I finally got around to buying these sausages at Walmart.

    Defrosted the package.

Preheated my electric oven to 375 and baked the sausages covered in Sweet Baby Ray’s Original BBQ Sauce for 35 minutes. Then broiled them for 5 minutes.

When I was at Walmart I also bought King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Hot Dog Bun 8-Pack.

    The combo was delicious.

The next time I am Walmart I am going to pick up packages Premio’s hot and Premio mild sausages.
I want to give them a try.
