My wife and I ate there about a month ago and really enjoyed the food.
The menu was huge and has all kinds of dishes.
I had a bacon cheeseburger and my wife had the baby back ribs. Both came with French fries. The burger was delicious as were the ribs. We also had a side of Mac n cheese with bacon bits and it was also excellent.

The restaurant is huge and is located at Boca Raton’s Town Center.

The Cheesecake Factory is located in the same mall. Personally, I think that Maggie’s will hurt CF’s business because it’s new and has similar menu to CF.

    Prices were very reasonable.

As for service, it was as pleasant as could be.

We will definitely be going back to this joint.

  2. Frank Lek says...

    Really enjoyed the food.

  3. John Becker says...

My wife and I went a couple weeks ago. We both had grass-fed burgers and we both thought they were very good. I am looking forward to going back.

  4. Stan Landry says...

The best sports bar food in Boca Raton.
This joint runs circles around Duffys and Ale House
It is also better than Cheesecake
It iosn’t in a great location, but once people learn about it, it will be the place to go.

    Jeff Eats:

    Great recommendation.

As you probably already know, Maggie McFly’s currently has 5 CT, 1 FL, 1 NY and 2 VA locations.

I have eaten in the VA spots a number of times. The food was terrific. The menu priced right. Big portions.

Can’t wait to try the newest location here in Florida.

  6. Ken Margolin says...

    Ate lunch there yesterday.
Delicious bacon cheese burger with grilled onions. French fries were also delicious. The waiter also brought me a comp side of Mac n cheese. It was terrific.

  7. Paul Bonsignore says...

    Loved the food,
    Place is enormous.
Not so sure that it can make it as the location is second rate and space is huge.

  8. Karen Mirman says...

    Jeff,

The joint is way too big.
It has no warmth to it.
Good place for big group sitting, but it is just too big.

As for food, had the onion soup which was lousy. Same for the pot stickers. Fried Mac and cheese was decent as was bacon cheeseburger with ff.

Prices were ok. Portions were large.

  9. Ted Boothe says...

Ate there last night and the food was really good, prices were reasonable, portions were large, service was good, the joint was packed.

    Will definitely be back.

  10. Tried this joint last night.
    Its menu is GIGANTIC.
Our burgers were delicious, same for fries and onion rings.
    Great looking joint.
Will be back to try other stuff/

  11. Sam C says...

Food is ok, but nothing worth doing a dance over.

  12. Jack Lewis says...

On your say so, my family of 5 ate at Maggie last night.
Nice looking joint with a great looking outdoor patio.
At 6pm. The restaurant was busy but far from being packed.
Right off the bat, the restaurant is waaaay too big. It is gigantic and I seriously doubt that its location in the back of the mall will help it.

On the food front, the menu is waaay too big. Too many items.
Rather than going into detail on everything that we ate, the food is average at best. Absolutely nothing special about its burgers, salads, soups, appetizers.

The bet here is that Maggie will limp along here.

We definitely won’t be running back to eat there.

  13. Ron Presser says...

    Food is ok.
Typical sports bar food. Neither here nor there.

  14. Jeff,
My wife and I ate an early dinner there last night and loved the joint.
We ordered, a small house salad, fried pickles appetizer, bacon cheeseburger, philly cheesesteak, french fries and onion rings. Everything was delicious!

    Great recommendation.

  15. Gary T says...

    Jeff,
Decent enough sports bar, but there are a lot better in Boca Raton.

  16. Sheila Garment says...

    Jeff,
My husband and I ate there this past Monday.
    We enjoyed our dinner.
Thought that the facility was way too large for a sports bar.
Just a guess, but this joint is probably 10,000 square feet.
On the food front. The menu has tons of stuff. If you ask me, way too many items are listed.

We had Fried mac n cheese appetizer and pot stickers. The mac was delicious and the stickers were lousy.

One the main dishes, I had the bbq ribs with ff. Fair on the ribs, and really good on the ff. My husband had a cheeseburger with a side of mac n cheese. Both were delicious.

  17. Don Lewis says...

    Jeff, Sorry!

Last night night my wife and I tried Maggie and we didn’t think too much of the joint.

The joint is so large that it gives off a strange vibe, something is missing from normal sports “feel.”

As for the food, I had started with Onion Soup which was lousy. When was the last time that you saw an onion ring, that’s right an onion ring, sitting on top of the cheese?
My wife had potstickers, for an appetizers. Believe me when I tell you, that you can buy better frozen ones at Walmart.

My waffles and fried chicken was a total joke.,
    Tasteless and freezing cold.

My wife’s Cheeseburger was ok, but nothing special. Her French fries, were good.

Our 2 lemonades, were terrible. Tasted like cold water and someone squeezed half a lemon into each.

Service is terrible. Never saw the waitress after ordering until the bill came.

    We won’t be back!

  18. Harry Wright says...

Unless they got a terrific rent deal I don’t see this restaurant lasting for a year or two at best.

The food is average, same for the service,

    • Jay Bloom says...

      Ate there last night.
      My exact same sentiments.
Food is average at best, same for the service.
Unless the joint hasn’t a phenomenal rent deal, I don’t see it being around for long.

  19. Larry Wein says...

    Ate there last night.
Food is ok, same for service.
No reason whatsoever to run back to this joint.

  20. Whitman says...

    Jeff,
    Bad call here.
    Service sucks.
    Food sucks.
