One day his mistress was in his office and he said to her, “Just for something different, let’s just have a cup of coffee and a chat.”
Through his window he saw his wife walking into his office and in a panic said to his lover, “Quick take your pants off and jump up on the examination table, this way my wife won’t get suspicious.”
