Real short story to tell, yesterday Jeff Eats, Mrs. Jeff Eats and Daughter Jeff Eats “discovered” Frida Coffee & Deli and I gotta tell you- real good stuff! Handful of inside & outside tables, reasonably priced coffees/ teas/ smoothies/ breakfast items/ sandwiches/ salads/ baked goods/ wraps/ empanadas/ quiche menu, open Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm/ Saturday 9am-3pm/Sunday 9am-1pm.
If you guys can keep a little secret- I really enjoyed Frida Coffee & Deli. A “pleasant” change from the Florida bagel joints and mom & pop diners that I normally frequent!

This is an absolutely delightful restaurant for breakfast and lunch.
Dynamite beverages, baked goods, sandwiches and salads.
Very bright, super clean dining area.
