     Ask them what kind of wood they use to smoke. Answer none. I’ve been a certified bbq for over 20 years. Boiled and grill like theirs is isn’t real BBQ

   Easy to pick joint’s for pork ribs, not so easy on beef ribs. Most bbq joints don’t make them.
