       Directed the crew for SAGE Corp. that built out most of those stores.. Sage Bagel was the first we did.. Brick oven came in pieces from Queens I think.. Owners were nice guys..74/75

    Went to Bagel City today.
    You guys are right, the bagels are outstandingly good.
