***** YOUR FAVORITE DIET *****
The “holidays” are almost behind us (pun intended).
What’s your favorite diet?
Best “diet” Atkins.
I have to agree.
Adkins really works and is painless.
Dr. Tarnower’s Scarsdale Diet has always been my favorite. I go on and off this one as needed.
By the way, his killer Jean Harris just died last week at the age of 89.
Every so often when I need a regiment to lose some weight I go on the Hollywood Cookie Diet. It actually works and isn’t all that bad. I just order up the cookies and in 30 days or so, I’m usually in pretty good shape weight wise.
My diet of choice is The See Food Diet. If I see food I eat it.
Avtually, Ive had great success with Atkins over the years.
Ive been on Weight Watchers for almost ever.
It definitely works!
weight watchers is a sane program.
My proven weight loss method is to eat everything I normaly eat just less of it. I have lost 25 lbs. in the past 18 months with no deprevation. Very soon eating less becomes the norm.
Grapefruit Diet is a good one.
Why is it that people will tell you diets that work however work means they lose weight and later gain it all back. It it works then they would not have to go back on the diet? The talk show host Craig Worthing used to say he has tried every diet- peanut butter, grapefruit, cabbage,Atkins etc. He said they all work. But he was a heavy as he ever was once those diets ended. The best is Weight watchers. They are considered legit. You will hear one women tell another its great I lost 20 lbs or whatever. I am going back on it soon. I guess it works as long as you dont stop it?
any comments on Nutra System or Jenny Craig . .
Iused Nutrisystem and my and my partner both lost weight he kept it off but i put it back on. This year i am going primal and seeing how that works
I also tried Nutrasystem. . . what awful food. Back on Atkins. Please tell me what is primal… thanks.
FYI I just ran Disneyworld marathon. Nutrionist who advises Orlando Magic team had some basic suggestions, even for non runners. She mentioned spacing meals properly with snacks. Eating something for breakfast. Obviously increasing activity and portion control. She said she eats 2200 calories per day at 5’6 120 lbs. And she is pretty active. So I guess it can be done.
My name is Jeff. I was born and bred in Brooklyn, New York. Since 1991, I have lived in South Florida and have eaten in so many restaurants down here, that I now consider myself to be a food expert.
