On Saturday, March 14th…Pop, Rock & Doo Wopp Live returns to FAU for the 12th time, with what might be our biggest show yet! Any one of these artists could headline their own show and each has a long list of hits sure to bring you back to the happy days of the 1950s and 60s! Starring… Bobby Rydell (“Volare”, “Wild One”, “We Got Love”, “Wildwood Days”, “Swingin’ School”, “Forget Him”), The Brooklyn Bridge (“The Worst That Could Happen”, “Welcome Me Love”, “Blessed is the Rain”), Shirley Alston Reeves, original lead singer of The Shirelles (“Will You Love Me Tomorrow”, “Mama Said”, “Soldier Boy”, “Tonight’s the Night”, “Baby It’s You”), Larry Chance & The Earls (“Remember Then”, “I Believe”, “Never”) and Chris Montez (“Call Me”, “Let’s Dance”, “The More I See You”, “There Will Never Be Another You”). All artists feature original members.
Can’t wait to see what the Brooklyn Bridge sounds like since Johnny Maestro’s death a few years ago.
My wife and I are going. We also have tickets for the FAU show on 2/1/20.
Jeff,
Really looking forward to this show. The big question for me, is how good is the BB without Johnny Maestro?
I recently saw The Johnny Maestro Tribute Band. Loved the band. Looking to see how The Brooklyn Bridge is without Johnny.
Jeff,
The lineup isn’t all that strong.
Ive been a Bobby Rydell fan literally forever. I cant wait to see him at FAU.
Les Cauchi who has been with THE BB since day one passed away a few days ago.
