Got an absolutely dynamite seafood/diner joint for you guys, Bates New England Seafood & Subs in Winter Garden.
Jeff Eats is thinking- husband is cooking, wife is waitressing in this maybe-half-dozen table joint.
Jeff Eats, Mrs. Jeff Eats and another couple recently “did” lunch and the food absolutely killed!
Like I said a few seconds ago, Bates’ food is absolutely off the chart!
The suggestion here is that you try and get to “it” before a guy- like Guy Fieri from tv’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives tells everyone and their mother about Bates!-because when he does, we’ll all be standing in line to get in!
Bates New England Seafood & Subs is open Suday-Monday 11am-7pm, Tuesday-Wednesday 11am-8pm, Thursday-Saturday 11am-9pm.
Outstanding tuna and clams! Great review Jeff, had dinner there this evening and for a very casual spot was impressed by the quality of the food!
