Simple tale to tell, yesterday Jeff Eats, Mrs. Jeff Eats and two other couples “discovered” Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana in Delray Beach and its food was right on the money! For you guys who maybe wondering, yes- Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana in Delray Beach is owned by the same Pepe Family who in 1925 opened the now legendary Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana in New Haven, Connecticut!
Inside table & booth seating/outside covered patio table seating, reasonably priced coal fired oven pizzas/ salads/ desserts/ beer/ wine/ Foxon Park sodas menu.
Let’s wrap-up Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana by saying, if you’re not into coal fired oven pizza-this joint is not going to work for you, the joint’s pizzas were real good! Jeff Eats doesn’t know if Delray Beach’s pizza is as good/better/worse than New Haven’s pizza because he has never been to the original location, that the joint is open 7-days a week 11am-10pm, that you can check menu/prices/other locations (Yes, Virginia there are others) at pepespizzeria.com.

There are 2 Florida locations. 1 in Delray Beach and 1 in Plantation. I have eaten in both and the pizza etc is basically the same. When both locations first opened the pizza was ok but far from being great. Now, both have terrific pizza. I guess it took awhile for both locations to get thheir respective acts together.
