I was born and raised in Chicago. Moved to Delray Beach in 2011. I still have a ton of family and friends who still live and work in Chicago.
I am very familiar with the Rosebud Group’s Chicago restaurants. They are excellent and very well run.
I am looking forward to trying its new restaurant in Boca Raton.

I ate dinner a few weeks ago there with a couple of friends. I ordered
CHICKEN GIAMBOTTA Bone-in chicken, Italian sausage, bell peppers, Spanish onions, mushrooms, crispy potatoes, in a garlic white wine sauce- $44.

This entree was awesome and was so large that it could have comfortably fed 3 people.

Looking forward to eating there again.

I know this Chicago restaurant group from Chicago.
    Top notch food.
Definitely will be checking it out here in Boca.

My husband and I have lived in Boca for 33 years,
During that time, we have eaten in tons of Italian restaurants. From your local pizza joints to your most upscale restaurants,

We tried Rosebud last week and enjoyed it. Is it the best of breed, far from it. For right now, our favorite pizza joint is Bella Amici in Boca and upscale restaurant is Trattoria Romano in Boca.

My wife and I ate dinner at Rosebud about a month ago.
The restaurant is great looking and was jammed with people.
My wife and I shared a chopped salad, baked clams, veal parm and NY strip steak,
The food was very good, but the service was not too good. The waiter seemed confused as how to take an order and we never saw him again until it was bill paying time.
Maybe the poor service was because the restaurant was basically brand new, but from what I just read here and on Rosebud’s website, these guys should know how to run a restaurant.
We will give Rosebud the benefit of the doubt and give it another try in a few months.

    Jeff,
My husband and I tried Rosebud last night and the food and service were both excellent.

We are originally from Chicago and over the years have eaten in this restaurant group’s restaurants many times. Always good. This group has been around for many years and is very well known in Chicago.

We highly recommend that the folks of South Florida give the new Rosebud a try, they won’t be disappointed .

By the way we moved full time to Boca in 2019.

  7. Leon Gross says...

    Jeff,
    Ate there last week.
The food was ok, but nothing great.
    The service was horrendous.

  8. Ed Costello says...

My wife and I and 2 other couples ate there last night.
We all agreed that the food was delicious.
Baked clams, salad, veal parm, lamb chops, brick chicken, NY strip steak, 2 pastas.
Reasonable prices and portions were just right.
Service was kind of weak, but nothing too terrible.
We all agreed, that we would definitely eat at Mia Rosebud again.

  9. Debbie Roseman says...
