Real simple tale to tell, last night while wandering through the aisles of Publix Super Market, 5050 Champion Boulevard, Boca Raton, Florida 33496, (561) 994-8350 I came across refrigerated packages of Main Street Bistro Signature Macaroni & Cheese/Family Size 28 oz. and figured for $5.10 I’d give it a shot!
All I can tell you guys, “great move”…microwaved for 5 minutes absolutely delicious!
To be perfectly honest, until last night’s Publix excursion – I had never even heard of the Main St. Bistro brand of refrigerated foods!
Now, you guys know or should know- that this food reviewing business is purely a subjective situation!- what I like, you may hate and vice versa! With that in mind, I’m telling you, definitely one of the best refrigerated/frozen mac n cheeses Jeff Eats has ever eaten!

You are 100% correct that the Mac & Cheese is totally awesome. I love it. Personally,I can’t think of any frozen or refrigerated brands that even come close.
Most of the time, like you, I microwave for 5 minutes. Every so often when I have the time, I microwave for 5 minutes and then throw the mac & cheese into the broiler (preheated to 450) for another 2 minutes to get a nice crispy texture on the top.

Tried this mac & cheese last night and it was delicious.
By the way, Publix is running a special, 2 20 oz packages for $7.
Served it as a dinner side. I, my 2 kids (10 & 13) and husband loved it. The family size easily fed a family 5. Really delicious.
