Got a real good “mom & pop” diner for you guys to checkout, The Highland Street Cafe in Mount Dora.

Simple tale to tell, reasonably priced – all day breakfast/lunch/daily specials menu, table/booth seating, open 7 days a week 8am-2pm, Aunt Bee decor.

Yesterday afternoon, Jeff Eats, Mrs. Jeff Eats, Daughter Jeff Eats and Son Jeff Eats “discovered” The Highland Street Cafe and I gotta tell you guys that the joint’s food and service were right on the money! Nice- to have a waitress that refilled coffee cups and water/soda glasses without being asked!

Trust Jeff Eats on this one, if you’re into “mom & pop” diners, the bet here is that you will really enjoy The Highland Street Cafe!
