Ive been a fan since the early 50’s.
One of the greatest singer/songwriters in American history.
Over the years because of my wife and various friends Ive seen Anka a number of times.
For sure he has had some major hits as a singer and songwriter but as a live performer I think he is average at best. Just a personal opinion, but you are better off playing his songs than watching the guy live. Definitely boring!

Just a quick comment, my wife and i saw ANKA in the 80’s and he wasn’t very good.
As you mention a ton of hits, but his act is really hokey.
Pictures of his family and all kinds of nonsense about his family etc.
I have no idea what his show today is like, but at age 81-82 I can’t see how he can be better vocally than he was in the 80’s.
I’ll pass on this one.
Ive seen him 4 times over the past 40 years, most recently in 2021 and he was always terrific.
I got tickets for this show.
I saw him just before COVID and he put on a great show.
My husband and I saw Paul Anka in NJ in Oct 2021. And he was GREAT.
The audience went crazy for him.
Go see him, you won’t be disappointed!
