You know and I know, that way too many of these smash burger joints are opening in Florida and elsewhere,
The younger generation, doesn’t appreciate that smashed down grill topped burgers have been around forever and that every diner has been making them for years.
Like the yogurt by the oz, cupcake, cookie and make your own pizza stores most of these businesses won’t last very long.
Long story short, Ive been to Cowy and the burgers were very good. Just between us, Ive had loads like them, but yes, these were very good.

I have to agree with you that this recent smash burger craze is something to behold. My 27 year old son, thinks that the smash burger is a new invention.
As you mentioned every diner in America since the beginning of time has made smash burgers on their grills.
Personally, I love these kind of burgers. But the sudden craze make me laugh.
Jeff has mentioned a small handful of smash burger joints. I have been reading jeffeats.com for years and I guarantee you Jeff is chuckling about this “new” type of burger and all the joints that are popping up in Florida.
