Just between you guys and Jeff Eats, Stephen Furst was one of the nicest, talented and generous actors that show-business has ever produced!
As the old saying goes, “only the good die young”…
Jeff,
To this vey day I rate Animal House as the funniest movie that Ive ever seen.
Gar,
I have to agree with you, funnnnnnnnnnnnny!
Ive probably seen that movie something like 20 times.
First was absolutely perfection as FLOUNDER.
Jeff,
A few years ago our country club the Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton had Otis Day & The Knights for a party. The CC did a whole toga party around the appearance. Great time. Great movie. Furst was awesome as Flounder.
The part of a lifetime. He was sensational. He also played a great part in tv’s St Elsewhere series.
Animal House was truly amazing! I remember watching it at my college on campus movie theater with my frat brothers and having toga parties on many weekends! Many of the campus scenes were shot at USC in Los Angles. It is so sad that many in this iconic movie have passed away, but their memories will be engrained in the lives of those that choose frat life for decades to come…Toga, toga, TOGAAAAAA
Animal House was a great movie. Ive seen it at least 10 times and each and every time it cracked me up. Furst was terrific as were the rest of the cast.
Loved Furst in Animal House.
