Just so you know, Jeff Eats “just” picked Bella Nonna’s chicken parmigiana sub-to get the conversation going. This hole in the wall Italian joint…has the full boat of appetizers, pizzas, subs, burgers, pastas, meat/chicken/seafood entrees, desserts and I am telling you, everything it makes is right on the money! If you’re looking for fancy-schmancy forgetaboutit- Bella Nonna’s eat-in is about as bare-bones as it gets. Before I let you go, if you like garlic rolls, you gotta try Bella Nonna’s- delicious.
Bella has a terrific thin crust pizza. One of the best pies I’ve eaten since moving to Florida 16 years ago from Queens.
I’ve also had several of its subs and they were all good. As for the garlic knots, fabulous.
Jeff is right when he calls it a bare bones setup. A handful of tables with virtually no decorations.
