Based on the customer base in South Fla it is surprising there is not more Kosher restaurants. Most are “Kosher” style. On a funny note I worked in Kosher catering many years ago while in college. The rabbi was about 100 yrs old to check the kitchen. On some old rusty shelf in the storage he found a single can of Coco Lopez drink mix and he threw a fit. We never used that stuff but the prior kosher carter might have? We always sned the rabbis home with prime rim and asparagus.
My name is Jeff. I was born and bred in Brooklyn, New York. Since 1991, I have lived in South Florida and have eaten in so many restaurants down here, that I now consider myself to be a food expert.
