Frankie’s Pizza (Miami)
Nino’s (Boca Raton)
Thick And Thin (Boca Raton)
Steve’s Pizza (N. Miami)
Slice & Ice (Miami)
slice and ice isn’t even open
Napoli’s (Lake Worth) one of the best pizzas that I have ever eaten.
Napoli’s is an absolute sleeper. It’s stuck in the middle of a crappy strip center. One of the best pizzas.
You are right on this one, Napoli’s makes a great pizza. I live in Delray Beach but drive up to Napoli’s at least once a month to enjoy a hot right out of the oven pizza. This pizza joint is a huge unknown as it’s not visible from the road.
Original Frankie’s Famous Pizza which you wrote about back in 2008 makes sensational pizza. There are plenty of very good pizzas in the area but Frankie’s gets my vote for the best.
I love Pizza Time Caffe out in Parkland.
Another great pizza would have to probably be Steve’s Pizza in N. Miami.
Last is Primo’s Pizza & Pasta in Miramar.
Put me down for Steve’s in N. Miami as having a great slice.
I also think that Frankie’s in Miami makes a great pizza.
Nino’s in Boca makes a good pie, same goes for Augie’s also in Boca.
I’ve eaten in tons of pizza places in South Florida.
This is a real tough one because a number of places make really good pizza. That puts an end to the NY water story and good pizza.
If I had to pick just one pie, I’d go with Frankie’s in Miami. Its been around for over 50 years and only makes pizza and garlic knots. It’s a rectangle pie and I’ve been picking up from there for years. Frankie’s pizza is a must try!
My top ones are,
Umberto’s (Ft Lauderdale)
Franco & Vinny’s (FT Lauderdale)
Frankie’s (Miami)
Steve’s (N. Miami)
Leo’s (Miami)
My all time favorite is FRANKIE’S.
If http://www.worstpizza.com is reading, what are your picks.
You guys go everywhere for pizza.
Steve’s in N Miami makes an excellent pizza.
Best pizza
John The Baker in Cooper City. Hands down
Steve’s Pizza in North Miami.
Times Square Pizza in Fort Lauderdale makes a great slice.
I also think that Leo’s in Miami makes a really good slice as well.
Mauro’s (Hollywood)
KIngs County (North MiamiBeach)
and it’s not even close.
I went to Mauro’s because I was told it was the best!! Well it’s the worst don’t go there.
Steve’s in N. Miami is the best I’ve had in South Florida.
Never went to Frankie’s I will give it a try.
Steve;s Pizza is overrated. Sauce is way too sweet.
Dean Anthony’s in Boynton Beach and Pizza Time in Boca Raton makes the best pizza.
Love both of these places pizza. My favorite is Brooklyn Boys in Boca. By the way the rest of Brooklyn’s food is average at best but the pizza is the real NYC style deal.
Angelo’s Pizza Express in Davie. NY style thin crust. Always good.
My tiers of a pizza rankings

Miami’s Best Pizza in Coral Gables has delicious pizza.
Also love Frankie’s Pizza in Miami.
NiƱo’s in Boca.
Frankie’s in Miami.
Thick nThin in Boca.
Augy’s in Boca.
Brooklyn Boys in Boca
Jeff. I’ve eaten a lot of slices in my day.
The best NYC style slice that I’ve had were at Brooklyn Boys on 441 and Glades Road in Boca Raton. Been getting slices from them for years and they never miss. Just like the slices I grew up with in Brooklyn.
Original Famous Frankie’s pizza is the best. All this pizza place has is pizza and garlic rolls and it’s been around for close to 60 years. Try Frankie’s and then you’ll know what a great pizza is all about.
You have to try Authentic Brooklyn Pizza in K-Mart plaza on Palmetto Park Road in Boca. Its as close to Brooklyn pizza as you can get. Its a hidden gem.
Michael M. I will try Brooklyn Pizza on your suggestion. I have driven by there and It seems like a busy place.
I like Steves Wood fired in Boca
Pricey but they have some deals
Tuccis in Boca also
I have not had Pizza Time in a long time but they are also good.
Jeff
Know that you are looking for best regular pizzas and not coal oven pizzas. With that in mind my favorite regular pizza is made by Frankie’s in Miami. if we are talking coal oven Tucci’s in Boca Raton makes the best as far I’m concerned.
I forgot Tuccis was the coal oven. I think most of the coal oven places down here are not great but I like Tuccis. I did not think Anthonys was so great. Pizza is one of those things that some places people say great and another person says the place stinks. I also like Grimaldis which has a location in Palm Beach
My favorites from MIA to Palm Beach
Miami’s Best Pizza (coral gables)
Cazzoli’s (kendall)
Frankie’s (miami)
Pie Duck (miami)
Mamma Mia’s (Boynton Beach)
Got to agree
Frankie’s
Miami’s Best Pizza
great pizza
Mauro’s in Hollywood makes a great slice.
The BEST pizza in all of south Florida is at my house…..end of story !!
Augy’s in Boca.
brooklyn boys in boca
la pizzeria in margate
Spadini’s in Boca.
