Rait Financial Trust is a publicly traded reit (RAS: B-$2.25–A-$2.26).
Do some DUE DILIGENCE on this one. I think that it may-be a very interesting play in the U.S. apartment-rental arena.

That said, I originally liked it at $2.25, like it even more at $2.12.
I think—those with patience, will be well rewarded.
