Christine Lee’s is an “upscale” Chinese-Steak Restaurant that is located on the 3rd floor of the Gulfstream “racino” complex. This joint use to be located in North Miami and for years was one of the finest Chinese-Steak restaurants in all of South Florida. Back then, it was the “home” to all kinds of celebrities and was absolutely terrific.
Christine’s latest venture is a DISASTER. The Chinese food is absolutely horrible. Trust me on this, your local neighborhood takeout joint makes better stuff for a quarter of the price. The Steaks and Seafood are borderline horrendous and overpriced beyond belief. As for the service, not too good.
How Christine Lee’s went from great to horrible, is anyone’s guess, but what is, is.
Take it from this Brooklyn born guy, you absolutely want to stay away from this joint, unless you enjoy lousy food and ridiculously high prices.
But, fun to watch the horse races and be able to bet in the dining room.. I to remember the glory days in Miami Beach where the food was excellent and the celebrity sightings frequent. I didn’t find the food too bad at the Hallandale location. just extremely overpriced.

Ate dinner there last Saturday night and food was delicious.
They make a sliced steak that was amazing.
Not the cheapest place but not too terrible on the price front.
Last time I ate at Christine Lee’s, it was at the Thunderbird Hotel on Miami Beach (long ago). I had Lemon Chicken and it was pretty good. I have not tried it at the current place…and now won’t due to your advisement.

Last night my husband and I and another couple attended The Immediate Family concert at Gulfstream.
Before the show we ate at Christine Lee’s which is now located on the ground floor.
My husband and I fondly remember the original MB location, this was our first visit since the move to Gulfstream.
The 4 of us ordered the SPECIAL Wonton soup which was delicious. We had egg rolls, which we all rated as being some of the best we have ever eaten. We also ordered roast pork fried rice, shrimp with lobster sauce and General Tso’s chicken which were also delicious.
They have amazing egg rolls.
