Just between you guys and Jeff Eats, since I first told you about “The Benefits Of Drinking Warm Lemon Water” way-back on 9/8/14- I’ve been swigging the “stuff” daily…

Jeff Eats just finished reading “16 Health Benefits Of Drinking Warm Lemon Water” on foodmatters.tv and I thought that you guys might enjoy the story.

Nothing for nothing, I’m thinking- that if this warm lemon water -thing is legit–I’m in…seems kinda easy to do!

Now, if I understand this-deal correctly, all I gotta do is down my Five Guys’ cheeseburger and fries with a warm glass of lemon water and I’ll have done my body a real-solid!

Like I said 2 seconds ago, I’m in!

One final thought, if stuff like watermelon, blueberries, lemons, are “so good” for you-how come most people drop dead in their 70s and 80s anyway? Also- how come a ton of “those” people who order Water With Lemon- still look and feel like crap? I guess the water wasn’t warm enough!

Why does lemon water have to be warm?
Warm water is not only easier to drink, the temperature helps extract the vitamin C stored in the fruit. However, it’s not just the juice that packs a punch but the actual lemon rind which is full of the powerful antioxidant and terpene d-Limonene.

    Warm Lemon Water

Just squeeze the juice of 1/2 to 1 whole small lemon in an 8 ounce mug of water, adding more or less per your desired taste. You can also stir in a teaspoon or two of honey to add a little sweetness if you like.
