I also really enjoy anthology who do the beatles.
the blues brother soul patrol have a great act.

  2. Ronald G. says...

Two of my favorites are Neil Zirconi who does Neil Diamond and George Orr who does Rod Stewart. I’ve seen both several times and both guys put on tremendous shows.

  3. Steven Graff says...

My all time favorite is Odyssey which does Journey act. It has a lead singer named Bubba who is incredible.
I also like Joey Dale & The gigolos who does some great covers of the doo wop groups.

  4. AXEL RED says...

I recently saw Never Stop Believin’ a tribute to Journey.
    Awesome tribute act.

    • Francesca C. says...

They’ll be performing at Casino Miami on February 28th! 🙂

  5. Randy Simon says...

Roll The Stones does a great Stones’ tribute.
Also catch Anthology for a Beatles tribute.

  6. Jane K. says...

I saw a guy steve lippia do Sinatra at our club that was mind boggling. he was great.

  7. Matt C. says...

The best tribute act that I’ve seen in the area is Neil Zirconia. Not only does he look like Neil Diamond he also sounds like him. Throuw in that he really knows how to entertain and really gets the audience involved and you got one great performer. I’ve seen him four times and he never disappointed.

  8. Greenday says...

If you like Billy Joel you’ll love Turnstiles. Great tribute band.

  9. Willow Q says...

I have seen Zirconia about 5 times. The audience goes nuts from the guy. He is fabulous.
I also really like the Blues Bros. Soul Patrol Band. They do a tremendous show. Ive seen them when they had something like 10 musicians and they were like the real Blues Brothers.

  10. BV (Homestead) says...

Let It Be is a very good Beatles tribute band.

  11. Dan Talbot says...

    Mark Anthony as Billy Joel.

  12. frankw says...

So-called “tribute” bands or singers simply profit by ripping off the original. It’s hard to create something original but not so hard to duplicate that sound for profit. I’ll stick with those that creat something original no matter how good the copycat may sound.

    • Henry says...

Guaranteed you loved Pat Boone singing Tutti Fruitti although Little Richard was the first. Or how about Sinatra doing NY NY, he didn’t have the original hit?

    • Wally T says...

Frankw, I think Henry just kicked your ass. You do know that Richard Berry wrote and sang Louie Louie long before the Kingsmen had the huge hit?

      • frankw says...

Sorry guys. There is a big difference between an artist covering a song of another artist {which is fine and goes on all the time} and a group or singer making a living ripping off the collective work of real artists. So called “tribute” singers may sound great but like painters who copy famous art works they simply imitiate. I prefer the real thing.

        • Jon g says...

I agree with Frankw. Frank Sinatra took a song that was sung and written by someone else and made it his own. This group that is playing tribute to Neil Diamond and they may be good but Neil Diamond is alive and well touring the US. So why does he need someone to tribute him? Now the Beatles or Elvis are not touring so it makes sense for someone to come along and give them tribute….

  13. coolman says...

    zirconia is fantastic as diamond.

    • robertw says...

I never saw the Neil Diamond guy but I remember somewhere that Neil Diamonds mother called him the best and said it could fool her!

      Rob

  14. Norman Weiss says...

The best tribute act that I’ve seen in Florida is Neil Zirconia. Great Neil Diamond show.
I also saw Glenn Leonard’s tribute to The Temptations and it was excellent.

    • Slip Stone says...

      Norman,
Glen Leonard was one of the Temps’ lead singers.
By the way, our club had Nate Evan’s Temptation Revue and it was a great show.
We also had Let It be a Beatles act who were good but not great, Zirconia who was terrific, Anthology another Beatles act which was very good and
Odyssey Road which does a super Journey tribute show.

  15. WalterStevens says...

    The Alter Eagles.
They sound just like The Eagles.

    • Ryan F says...

I also saw them. Very credible Eagles act.

  16. Gregory H says...

I recently saw Nate Evan’s Temptations’ show. Just like the real guys from the 60s.
One of the most convincing tribute groups I’ve seen.

  17. One of the best and most fun tribute artists in the area is George Orr. He does Rod Stewart and plays all around the area.

  18. TF says...

About a year ago I saw Stayin” Alive who do The Bee Gees. Absolutely pitiful. Biggest waste of money.

    • Winnerman says...

I also saw this Bee Gees act. They are horrendous.

  19. robertw says...

I have no problem with tribute bands. Sometimes the old bands change members to the point that there are few if any of the originals in the band anyway.

  20. Red Topper says...

One of the worst I ever saw is this guy Scott Ringersen doing Elvis. I saw him at Johnny Browns in Delray and he sucks big time. I guess all you got to be is overweight and sing like crap and you think your Elvis,

    • THEChEF says...

Got to agree with you, not too good.

  21. Norman G. says...

This past weekend I saw Rocketman at our condo. He does a great Elton John Tribute.

  22. London Roberts says...

Best act Ive seen is The Australian Bee Gees. You’d swear its the real guys up there.

  23. Neil says...

My favorite band is Neil Diamond tribute bands in Scottsdale, Arizona. I swear they will make your your event delightful.
