He was a trooper though and did a great job. Also met him a couple of times at a little club in the Bronx.. his drummer played there.. Blue Bird. Very nice person back then.

I just turned 73. I have followed Dion since he started out with The Belmonts.
There is no question whatsoever that he is a legendary performer and one of the founding fathers of Rock n Roll.
Over the years I must have seen Dion at least 10 times. As a kid I had plenty of his 45s.
I’m going to pickup a couple of tickets for this show.
For those of you out there who aren’t familar with Dion, GO!!! You will see one of the greatest performers in Rock n Roll history.
