***** Slices Pizza & Pasta *****

In recent days Jeff Eats has received 3 extremely favorable e-mails about an Italian joint named Slices Pizza & Pasta, 13750 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, Florida 33181, (305) 949-5588—www.allyoucaneatpizzapasta.com. Sounds like Slices might have a very interesting concept going on–sort of like Brazilian “rodizio” which has the waitstaff in an all-you-can-eat deal bringing around 50 different pizzas and 15 different pastas.

To be perfectly honest with you, this is the first time Jeff Eats has heard about this type of “service” in an Italian restaurant setting. Of course-“novel” service doesn’t guarantee that the food is any good.

Anyway…I got Slices on my “to check” list.
