Burger and ff weren’t bad.
How in the wall could a franchise let a franchisee pick such a horrendous location.
You can’t see the place from the road.
It’s going to be a real tough struggle for this one.

This is a suck ass franchise.
How in the world could they in good conscious allow this franchisee to open in such a horrendous location?
The franchisee as absolutely no chance in the center that its in.
What a pity that the parent company couldnt careless about where stores open.

TRIED JAKE’S.
THE BURGER AND FRES WERE GOOD.
THE STORE IS VERY PLAIN LOOKING BUT NOT UNATTRACTIVE.
I HOPE THAT THE OWNER GOT A GOOD RENT DEAL BECAUSE THE LOCATION LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED.
I KNOW THAT OTHER RESTAURANTS WERE IN THE SPACE BEFORE SO JAKE’S PROBABLY SAVED SOME MONEY ON THE BUILDOUT.
NOT SURE WHAT IT IS BUT JAKE’S HAS TO COME UP WITH A GIMMICK THAT DIFFERENCIATES IT FROM THE OTHER BURGER RESTAURANTS. JUST HAVING BURGERS, FRIES AND SHAKES ISNT GOING TO CUT IT.
