***** The Stage, 9144 Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs, Florida 34135, (239) 405-8566.

Got a really cool “music-dance-eat-drink” joint for you…The Stage located in Bonita Springs.

At this stage of the “story” do me a huge favor and check www.thestagebonita.com…in a nutshell, on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday starting at 4pm The Stage features some of the best original bands, cover bands and tribute acts in Florida. Sometimes the “music” is free and sometimes there is a cover charge. To round things out, The Stage has a full-bar and a menu loaded with very reasonably priced “decent enough” appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches and meat/chicken/seafood entrees.

The play here…get a good table and plan on staying awhile. In recent months I’ve been there twice and I had a blast.

    Jeff,
Just wanted to tell you that The Stage is one of the coolest places in Bonita Springs.
If you check their schedule they have some of the best tribute acts in the country set to come in.
My wife and I and loads of friends have spent many nights dancing and partying with some really great bands.
The food is good and very reasonably priced.
Glad that guys like you know when something is good and get the word out to the public.

Only jerryatrics welcome here! If you are young and full of energy, the stage is not for you. If you walk with cane and wear depends you definitely will enjoy it. Otherwise stay the hell out of this place. I just saw the health dept’s findings of their inspection and it was really bad. Very unsanitary and lacking in most certifications. Just spend your money somewhere you feel appreciated and where the staff doesn’t treat you like they’re doing you a favor.

Boy! George somebody’s got his diapers all bunched up.
I and my wife have been to the Stage 7 times and had a great old time. Food was great, drinks were great, music was great. As for the staff, great.
Over the past year or so we have seen terrific Elton John, Rod Stewart, Beatles, Journey, Motown, Eagles and Neil Diamond tribute shows.
Somebody must have ticked you off, but this is a great place for a fun evening.

    Jeff:
    Long time reader.
Time and time again you have mentioned how employees can ruin an owner’s business.
    Case in point.
I and my husband have gone to several shows at The Stage. Had a great time.
The other day I called The Stage to compliment the owner on what a wonderful place he has.
A woman answered the phone and I explained that I wanted to speak to the owner to compliment him.
The woman questioned me like I was a terrorist that had just been taken into custody. She told me he wasn’t around.
She refused to give me the owner’s phone number or even take my number for a callback.
I’m really disgusted by this woman’s behavior and we’ll think twice aboud going to The Stage in the future.

    Thanks,

    Brenda L.

Just had a chance to read your comments.

No question in my mind that a joint’s employees can ruin a business.

Take your case for instance. You and your customer “loved” The Stage and because of some employee’s behavior The Stage may have now lost you guys as customers. Sad part of your story, the owner isn’t even aware that some employee pissed you off.

      Thanks for reading…

Over the past year or so my husband and I have been there three times. We caught Beatles, Eagles and Motown shows and the bands were terrific.
Try The Stage. You won’t be disappointed.
