We went to this place and found that they had some good authentic Chinese cuisines on their menu. Now some of the Chinese Restuarants do not offer cuisines like the beef chow fun and scallops and shrimps with black beans. So to my amazement, I found the dishes to be pretty good and authentic.

My wife and I live right across the street from China Gardens. We have been eating there for years and the nicest family owns the place. The food is very good. The prices are very reasonable.
Try China Gardens it is one of the best Chinese restaurants.

Hey Jeff: After you try China Gardens you will know that China Van is better. You already have Sieng House in Boca which is the best of these family owned restaurants.

could it be just a coincidence that China Van advertises many times each week in the Sun Sentinel? Talk about a vested interested in keeping this place in business. I, for one, depend much more on Jeff's opinions than on newspaper reviews. After all, Jeff has never led me astray.
