Like you I saw Belushi at the Hard Rock a few years ago. The show was held in the main Hard Rock Ballroom. It was an absolutely incredible show. Belushi was amazing doing his Blues Brothers act and the Sacred Herats are unbelieveable. I especially recall the band doing a number called Have Love Will Travel which was written by an old friend of mine now deceased Richard Berry who also wrote Louie Louie years ago. I urge those of you who enjoy great rhythm and blues music to not miss this show.
I oredered tickets and can't wait to see Belushi again. The last time he was at Hard Rock he also did a meet and greet right after the show where you could take pictures, get autographs and buy his latest cds. Hopefully he will do that at this upcoming appearance.

jeffeats. have been following you for a couple of years. i really enjoy your site and many of your picks. i especially like the tongue in cheek way that you write. you call them as you see them. i have checked out a number of your picks. some were right on the money and some were not. that's what makes horse races.
in recent months you talked about two different bands. you mentioned the beatles' groups Anthology and The Fab Faux. I have seen both, Anthology in Florida and The Fab Faux in NY and I have to agree with you that both for different reasons were well worth going to see.
In the the past year or so I have seen acts like The Buckinghams, Rod Stewart, Ringo Starr, Joey Dee & The Starliters, The Crystals and many more in Florida.
I love your "joint" writeups and would appreciate your writing up more MUSIC events as I am always interested in going to terrific shows.
I am definitely going to see Belushi and appreciate your telling us about his appearance.
Thanks.
