Angelo T.: Just had a chance to read your post. I agree with you 100% that Ralph & Rosie’s needs an indoor area to eat in. On Vinnies…I have heard about the joint but haven’t had a chance to “try it out.” When I do, you’ll see a writeup.

Went to Ralph and Rosie’s this past Friday night. It was cold outside so you couldn’t eat in the outdoor tiki bar. The inside bar was jammed with people around 9:30pm and Joey Dale & The Gigolos were singing. The big problem with Ralph’s is that if the weather isn’t nice you have no place to eat. This is a great place for pizza etc and fun music but you have to go on a nice Friday or Saturday night.
By the way did you ever hear of Vinnies Restaurant in Davie? It’s another real nice place for good Italian food and old 50s-60s music?

Last week I and a group of 5 others stopped by Ralh & Rosie’s on A Saturday night. The place was jammed. The food was great. Joey Dale & The Gigolos were also terrific. By the way, a guy who joined Joey Dale and sang about 5 songs was absolutely great. He told everyone that he was Jocko from Sha Na Na but as an old college friend of Jocko I knew that he wasn’t. In any event he has a great voice. Thanks for this reccomendation.

jeffeats.com: Right you are. Ralph & Rosie’s was a great place to enjoy a cold beer and a hot delicious pizza. Sitting outside on a beautiful Spring Night was the perfect setting. My friends and I went during the week when there was no entertainment but we will definitely get back to Ralph & Rosie’s to checkout that doo wop group.

Based on your say so, six us when over to Ralph & Rosie’s tonight. A large pizza, 2 burgers,a shrimp scampi dinner and a veal parmigiana dinner were delicious and the doo wop singing of Joey Dale & the Gigolos was incredible. This has to be one of the best values in all of South Florida. Great pick.

I have been eating at Ralph & Rosie’s for years. The food is terrific. The list of Italian dishes is endless and the pizza is as good as it gets. I highly recommend the pizza to those who love thin crusted pizza. Doo Wop lovers should eat dinner on either Friday or Saturday night because Joey Dale & the Gigolos are there performing. This group is great. By the way, Saturday night seeems to be less busy than Saturday night, but both nights are usually packed with eaters, drinkers and dancers. The whole place has a lot of fun.

Thanks for picking this JOINT for your site. Ralph & Rosie’s is a hole in the wall that most people just pass by. It is a great restaurant and should be tried at least once.
